The no dog policy is incredibly dumb. Cheltenham store allows. Staff were really rude about it too. Disappointing

Marks & Spencer never fails to deliver on quality, whether you're shopping for stylish clothing, home essentials, or their renowned food range. The store is always tidy, well laid out, and easy to navigate. I particularly enjoy browsing the food hall,everything from their ready meals to bakery items is top-notch and consistently fresh. Staff are polite, helpful, and efficient at the tills. It?s a dependable and enjoyable shopping experience every time.

Went to the Bath store recently and went to the counter got served went to walk away then a member of staff and another customer started laughing and making derogatory comments about me when I turned around the member of staff looked at me and started at me yesterday I'm a large lady but I don't expect to be treated in that way if she is on the tills again I will wait to be served by another member of staff or go to another floor never want to be served by her again if I could give a o star I would

I used the free bra fitting here. The staff were very professional and made me feel at ease, in selecting the correctly sized bra. Would highly recommend.

Collect by car service still not working and no sign on outdoor phone to let customers know. In store staff still accepting collect by car and not informing customers. Love MnS and this is out of character

How come a small bottle of diet pink lemonade is £2 in the cafe, but if you go downstairs into the food hall you can buy a bigger bottle for 95p?
I also didn?t realise the bottle I bought in the cafe was 2 months over the BBE date.
My mum also had a cup of regular Americano which was disgusting and also £3.10!
Do not visit here, go elsewhere for drinks!

I find it uncomfortable shopping here. Despite it being a great supermarket and all rounder for home/ lifestyle essentials and my preferred shop one particular secrlurity guide is so blatantly race prejudice and follows me around the store. I'm so incensed by this I now try and avoid whenever I can.
