Swift delivery of a wooden item bought at auction with easy tracking so I could be in to receive it. The best part of the whole process was the outstanding packaging by Peter who is clearly a professional in this craft. Absolutely no chance of any damage and apparently the little packaging 'peanuts' are completely compostable. I can highly recommend this branch of the company.

If you need to send a document to South Africa do not use UPS, rather ask for FedEx/DHL, presently battling with UPS south africa to release a envelope type document as they want more money above what was paid for in the UK, I'm adding this as I have sent/recieved documents from both FedEx and DHL in South Africa and was never asked to pay more.Additional so called Brokerage fees is not normal on a envelope type document.Lastly I would also price compare with other courier services.

This company is so wonderful!! We needed a package shipped to our home in the USA. The package was fragile. They made sure it was packaged appropriately. They set up tracking details and alerts. My package arrived safely at our home before we got home. Thank you so much Mail boxes etc in Bath, England! ?????

Highly recommend. Collected small antique item from auction house Dore and Rees for dispatch to Australia. Fair pricing, secure packaging and prompt responses to emails. Packaging wise I can`t fault them. Pricing, however is way over the top. For example, I had a box delivered from another mbe who had to go 15 mile to pick it up and I was charged £42. Bath charged me £61 to go 0.3 miles . Same service, same size box.
I call that a rip off.
