Just had an amazing Good Hour by Autumn. Had a double room and Will gave my partner the same. I couldn?t say thanks enough to Autumn as I was overwhelmed and over stimulated. Autumn did an amazing treatment. I would fully recommend this treatment to anyone.

I?ve had massages all over ? Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey, Europe ? but nothing beats the Good Hour with Will P I had at Lush Spa Bath. Truly the best treatment I?ve ever had, so good I am now going to travel up from Birmingham every month just for it!
Will who delivered the massage. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding. Will created an environment where I felt completely at ease, and the treatment itself was not only deeply relaxing but also expertly tailored to my needs. Every aspect from his technique, to the flow of the session, to his ability to make the experience both therapeutic and uplifting was of the highest standard. ??????

My sister and I booked in for the tangled hair treatment at the lush spa in Bath. Lola handled our booking well and gave us a well thought out gift for a very minor inconvenience - she really went above and beyond, as did the rest of the staff. The staff in the shop were really friendly and helpful. Will, who did our treatments, explained everything thoroughly and made it a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We would thoroughly recommend this experience to other people :)

To add todays Rewilding Facial with Will in Bath...its amazing, best I've had because the face and neck massage is truly lovely, Will being particularly good. This is amazing for all face pain, TMJ, headaches, lymph drainage, sinus issues, I feel thoroughly great after it all over actually! Go and try this baby xx

Me and my boyfriend just popped in to have a look around but we end up getting greeted by Emily who not only made us feel welcome but helped us find what we were looking for. Every other time we have gone into a lush we always think everything smells the same and end up not getting anything but Emily let us test some products and she used them on her self to show how things change to a stronger scent when used. We ended up getting a couple bath bombs that suited each of us and some bubble bars. We had a great experience and Emily was amazing so I hope she gets to see this review.

Went to Bath for the scenery and Juliet stole the show! Bath bomb demonstrations, informative conversations and the BIGGEST smile! Interacting with someone who feels alive and passionate, not just about their job, but life. I?m so glad to have met Juliet, with all the bath bombs, you really stole the show!!!

Ed was absolutely wonderful and gave myself and my boyfriend a wonderful shopping experience. We bought some incredible Halloween goodies and watermelon soap. Ed was friendly and so lovely, and made our day that much brighter. We will definitely be back when in Bath.

Everyone at this place was absolutely lovely, especially Lorchan/Lorcan, who was just the epitome of quality customer service! He gave us a warm welcome and kept us informed and considering I had come from Scotland, I would say this place is worth a visit!
