Came in at 2pm.for 4 roast dinners. Sadly, it was pretty poor. Although meat was not too bad, yorkshires great and gravy was nice.....the veg was obviously last of whats left from a busy day. Really shouldn't have served it. Also ran out of gravy and kitchen didnt have any more. Drinks were fine. Service from bar and table was good and young lady in a red top which had "staff" or "crew" on it was commendable. Shame really. We were on table 21 I think by window on right when you come in in front of giant screen. Spurs were playing gunners. Deffo come again tho as it had potential. Think I'll just come earlier.

Typical English environment, had lunch while watching a premier league match on a Saturday afternoon.
Excellent sandwiches, quality raw materials.

My husband and I along with a group of friends recently visited the lamb and lion and had we had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a great mix of cozy seating and lively vibes in the garden area ! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, Emma made us feel right at home. The drink selection was fantastic, offering a great variety of craft beers, cocktails, and classic pub favorites. The food was top-notch too, with delicious options that were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Whether you're looking for a casual night out or a fun place to catch up with friends, lamb and lion is the perfect spot for you Highly recommend and we will be back !!

25 minutes to get a hot chocolate, on a fairly quiet afternoon.
Was going to stay for food, but would have died of hunger at that speed. They encourage ordering on the app but haven't taught the staff to check when orders come in.

Encouraged to use app for ordering, but it simply didn't work. Queued up and waited 10 minutes to request our food. Eventual service was friendly and good with detailed attention to allergies. Thanks for that.
Food was dreadful. Horrible stodgy "mash". Roasties like dry bullets, some of the veg inedible, 2 small slices of pork loin and no crackling, even though it was advertised.
Had to leave most of my beer as it had like a white yeast floating on the top.
Football very loud. Lots of smokers and vapers coughing and barking right next to us.
Forty quid reluctantly spent.
A pity as front of house were very busy and both lads were trying hard. Heaven only knows what they do in the kitchen..

I?ve come to Lamb and Lion multiple times and the staff has always been extremely nice. Most recently, Harvey really made our night with his great hospitality and humour! The food is also good, tried the mac&cheese and was very pleasantly surprised. It?s a great pub to watch football games/sports.

Hi , myself and my family came into your bath (lamb and lion ) pub for drinks as it was my daughters birthday 26/08/24 and we had been shopping , to be greeted by I assume manager / senior staff asking if we were dining or drinks to which my reply was drinks please and then told us abruptly that under 18s can stay if dining but if only drinks then 1 and go which my husband asked why is that and he retorted its our policy ! On being seated we noticed that no one else was challenged even anothercouple with children who sat outside . We have been to another great UK pub in cheddar (Riverside Inn) and they have always been welcoming and have never told us just 1 drink and go . I work in the bar industry and have never heard of this policy and my husband is a chef who also hasn't heard of this as a.policy either
When my husband went to get the drinks he asked the barmaid about said policy and she said its been the same for 11 years but we have taken our kids in before though some years ago and have never had this sort of treatment before many thanks katrina Brimble

Being a vegetarian I thought I was in for the normal 40 item menu with 2 options for myself. BUT I was stuck for choice. Great options on the menue, order from app, food delivered fast, presented well with polite staff. What more could you want? We had a nice booth in the garden on a lovely sunny Saturday. Good choice of deserts and drinks. Will definitely advise anyone visiting Bath to visit this establishment. Well done Lamb and Lion it's a 5* from me.

Everyone really nice, food excellent ( with care regardind allergies), quickly served! Efficiency & quality, perfect.
Vegetarian options: Delicious vegetarian meal.
Dietary restrictions: Wheat allergy, so they took care removing the wheaty part from my meal.
