Bouncers need to get off their high horses a bit. Asking to see my online bank to check if the name on my valid driving licence ID is correct. Then he asked if I thought he was "stupid" thought best not to answer that honestly. Denied access, the placed looked dead anyway so was probably good in hindsight.

Labyrinth needs to retrain their staff, the medic in particular. My friend got needle spiked there in December and all the medic had to say was ?eat food and drink water?. Do not go to Labyrinth if you?re looking for a safe night out. This is a regular occurrence here.

lush club normally. tonight my friend lost her ticket for the cloak room and so we had to wait till the end to get her coat. this i completely understand, it was our fault we lost the ticket and we were happy to wait, but the way we were treated by the staff in the cloak room was honestly appalling. a blonde girl i believe was called ella and a girl with short dark hair gave us dirty looks and snide remarks for simply asking questions. having never lost a ticket before we did not know the procedure and so were asking what we needed to do. in response we were curtly and honestly rudely told we had to wait. the girl with short dark hair practically shouted at us in the queue. by the time this happened all of us were sober so i do not believe rudeness was an appropriate way to deal with this matter. sorry for the review, honestly we normally love it here, but this was unacceptable. all members of our group are hospitality workers and would never treat a customer in this way and it caused our night to end on a sour note, with my friend who lost her ticket almost in tears over the way we had been spoken to (almost shouted at ). when we were finally given the jacket back it was done so with a sigh, as if the blonde girl was annoyed she had to give it back. i just don?t know how you justify treating people like this ? when we were perfectly reasonable towards you and asked nicely what to do

Nice staff and lovely bouncers but severely over crowded to the point of dangerous. Couldn?t have any fun just spent the night getting pushed back and forth. Spoke to staff about how overcrowded it was and they said it wasn?t to capacity. I understand places get given a capacity from inspection but a bit of common sense wouldn?t go a miss just for it to actually be safe or enjoyable.

We came here last Saturday as second year Uni students who have been here before. The club was dangerously busy and we left with bruises from being pushed into the walls. As we left, we mentioned to John that we felt it was too crowded and we felt it was dangerous. He was extremely rude and told us not to come back. This is the worst club in bath which is a shame because it has potential to be one of the best. The owner should be ashamed of himself

So boring. No atmosphere at all, drinks are pretty expensive and they charge you for re-entry even if you?ve just gone out to get some air. Moles, Komedia, Zero Zeroes?all better.
