After hitting a pretty bad pot hole and noticing liquid leaking from the bottom of the car, we called Kwik Fit to see if they could get it checked. They gave us a slot 40 minutes later and checked that everything was ok. It turned out to be false alarm and, despite doing a thorough check for about half an hour, didn't want any payment for it and were happy to just confirm nothing was broken or damaged. Great service, super fast booking process, and a professional team, would recommend Kwik Fit for sure!

Yeah, they're good for tires, but you don't get the online price if you pay in the shop.
When you go for an MOT, they just want your money and try to get you to change stuff you don't need to.
I failed the MOT for a £30 exhaust bracket and they wanted me to replace the whole exhaust for £400.
I got the MOT done somewhere else after fixing the bracket, and the exhaust wasn't even mentioned.

Had a bad experience as I asked them to replace my spare tyre for them to leave a flat tyre on my wheel and put a new one on my back seat when I went back it was sorted but nothing was done to solve the problem such as a refund etc

Originally spoke to a lovely gentleman on the phone who booked me in and told me they would match the price on the website. However once the tires were fitted the new quote ?appeared? it was significantly higher and I was told they were doing me a favour and if I didn?t pay it they will just take the tires off. Very aggressively. I said I would meet in the middle and tried to negotiate as it was a threatening situation. Was met with the new catch phrase of they were doing me a favour. Seems like an odd favour for a place that specialises in tire fitting. They then tried to show me an online quote that was higher, all felt very manipulative. Sure the rest of the staff were lovely, but try and not get this guy! Apparently there?s 10 of them working there so roll the dice and cross your fingers!

While I live at Calne Wiltshire, and drive past one of the Chippenham Quick Fits, I found bothe branches there and the Trowbridge one, not as well organised or happy atarube, they are well mannered and well informed, with clear information, to help you make your choices. And so, my extra drive is well worth it. Thank you Bath Quick Fit.
