We've now had the opportunity to work with Sam Daniels at Knight Frank on two occasions. Both transactions were large and had some complexity. Sam guided us through each with a sure hand. He understands the importance of timing and would deftly keep the process moving for all parties. Sam gave us advice that has turned out to be spot on ---he really understands real estate and how to get a transaction completed to the satisfaction of all parties. We are grateful for his diligent help.

I can't recommend Sam enough. He sold our home three times whilst only being on the market for a week each time.
The two previous times it fell through for honest reasons, and he was quick to find us a new buyer and give sound advice on who to go with.
He was very clear and consistent with communication, we always knew where we stood. He was even happy to give us advice on a few different properties we were considering to purchase. Sam was able to achieve a full return on our property during tough selling conditions. We were also impressed with the effort he went through marketing our property and the relationship he had with potential buyers off market.

We cannot recommend Sam Daniels and team highly enough. He has never faltered in his approach - consistently professional, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
He first helped us sell our £1.5m home with complete confidence, and has just smashed it out of the park once again with a complex £2.25m sale, secured after just one viewing. That alone says everything about his knowledge of the market and the way he handles buyers.
Sam always goes the extra mile - whether he?s in the office, out on appointments, or replying late in the evening, nothing is ever too much. He kept us informed at every stage of the process (even when he didn?t have to), and that made a huge difference in easing the wait between stages. His communication is excellent, and his positivity and focus make what can be a stressful process feel smooth and well managed.
Quite honestly, we wouldn't consider using anyone else to sell our homes. Highly recommend Sam - a true credit to his profession. Thank you again for smashing it.

Sam Daniels and his team are absolutely the best. I've moved house a number of times over the years, and I only wish I'd discovered Sam earlier.
Sam is intuitive--he takes the time and effort to understand each client's individual concerns and needs, and he always acts with respect to them. The team are all well informed and helpful; and someone--usually Sam himself--responds to client requests almost immediately.
Nor does it stop there. If you're selling, as I was, Sam is on the lookout, from the beginning, for houses that will suit your needs.
In my experience, Knight Frank Bath, and Sam Daniels in particular, are absolutely streets ahead of any other estate agent.

The Bath office of Knight Frank sold our family home in Spring of this year (2025).
The service throughout was superb. Sam gave clear and calm headed advice, he was readily available and a reassuring presence from the point of instruction right through to completion. In addition, the regular communication from the office during the sale progression was very helpful.

I have bought and sold many properties over the years and have on the whole been totally underwhelmed by the professionalism and service experienced with estate agents.That is until we came across Sam Daniels and the Knight Frank team in Bath. Being approachable, professional with a refreshingly proactive attitude to making the deal happen is a rare combination in this arena in my experience. Couple that with a consistent level of open communication not just up to agreeing the deal but more impressively through the legal process, meant we met very short timescales and exchanged/completed exactly when both parties agreed to!
Buying and selling properties is never easy and quite demanding, but if you want that process to be calm, positive and stressless, then I would highly recommend Sam and his colleagues at Knight Fran in Bath.
