Kellaway’s yard staff seem characterised by indifference. My patience exhausted this morning, I went a mile along the A4 to a competitor's yard to be greeted by, ‘How can I help you?’, friendly advice, prompt service and a ‘have a good day’ before I went.

Very disappointed, staff are great as a rule, but shouldn't state that a material will be in stock if they don't actually know for sure!
