Have used John Moore sports for a few years now! They are so helpful and knowledgable! Placed and order and put wrong address so phoned up and the fixed for me straight away, same day local delivery is a life saver aswell, could not recommend more !

I visited on Sunday afternoon 21-07-2024 to buy some running shoes. This was an important decision as at 61, and recovering from injury I needed a shoe that would help me get back into a sport I love. I can safely say the manager and the assistant were both very knowledgeable, friendly and the use of the in-store running machine helped me to make the right decision - I thoroughly enjoyed my evening run!!

I went in today to look at tennis rackets as I?ve recently started playing again, the staff member who helped me was extremely helpful and I learnt a lot about racket grip sizes and weights. I ended up borrowing two rackets (through a scheme they run) to get a feel for the different weights.
The staff members in the shop are very knowledgeable and helpful, I can?t wait to try the rented rackets and go back to buy one from them.

People on the phone were super nice and friendly and explained all of the racket services they had on offer which did help a lot. Also on arrival at the store, the staff were very polite and knowledgeable in all the tennis equipment and helped me find the right racket to fit my needs.
