I am sincerely touched by my experience in Bath's store. I have always found immense joy in high end perfumes. I asked about the combination of the pear and the myrrh scents, recommended on a small placard. Olivia treated me to an unsolicited spa worthy "proper" application of the two scents. (The combination evokes more pleasure than any scent I have found before and I am shipping the largest bottles of both scents to my Oregon home.)Olivia is one of the very best sales representatives I have met in my 53 years. She is completely engaged and her aim is to bring joy.I spent over a week in Bath and visited every perfumerie/skincare shop in the city. If you are looking for the most luxurious personalized scent AND the most genuine attention, this is your destination.(I must add that when I returned today, Olivia had the day off, but the people helping me were also thoroughly lovely.)- Donna J. Jo malone is my absolute favourite shop and my experience of shopping in the jo malone store in Bath was just wonderful. The staff were super informative, helpful and lovely, you didn't feel rushed or forced into a purchase, but their wide knowledge of each of the products was really helpful in making a decision from all the beautiful fragrances. My husband had a free hand and arm wash to get a better smell of the fragrance on his skin, a wonderful personal touch and a great free customer service unlike any other. Totally recommend even just to have a chat with the lovely ladies in store!

Terrible experience, went there this afternoon and one staff was very rude ? tut-tutted and re-arranged the bottle I just put down abruptly... I felt disrespected and offended. Will not return ever again.
