I don?t know what has happened to this pharmacy but getting a prescription there now is an absolute joke. They never ever answer the phone so you have to go in, claim a prescription can be seen on system and will be ready in a few days time only for you to go back another time (as can?t call to check as they don?t answer) and another person say no record on system and send you back to gp/paediatrician. This has happened last few prescriptions. They have at least 4 staff running around and looking busy and stressed and long queues out of the door. It?s attached to gp surgery so this should make it convenient but it really is a huge pain to be spending so much time chasing prescriptions. They need to sort it out urgently before someone is harmed by not having their essential meds.

Gave me the wrong prescription then tried to charge me a second time for the correct one. Also the opening hours online are incorrect as the close every lunch from 1300 to 1400. Poor accuracy of service and lacking convenience

Ever since I?ve used this pharmacy, I?ve always noticed the dedication under pressure they offer, they will bend over backwards to help you, along with courtesy and support these guys are not just pharmacists, they?re good people. I had an emergency requirement today, I needed medication for my son, there had been a problem with the prescription, I arrived at 5:50pm, at 5:55pm they resolved the situation. An absolute joke, I don?t know how so many people working in a pharmacy can between them only produce 1 prescription every 10 minutes. As a previous review said there is no order to the prescriptions produced. Even if you request a repeat prescription online to pick up in a weeks time it will not be ready and you will still have to wait over half an hour. Please get some kind of system in place, it is infuriating

I have been trying to call the surgery for over a week, at different times but no one answered the phone. I believe this is not an isolated case. I have mobility issues and my repeat prescription is usually delivered but l am thinking of switching to another chemist. Not happy.
