If I could I would give customer service to this place 0. Terrible experience. Went to buy few supplements but seeing the service provided by the shop assistant left immediately. Never speak to the shop assistant lady who looks older Sarah. She is as rude as any person can be. She is there to assist but she got the attitude if you ask for her help. Don't know if she is there to assist or to show atitude. I thought Holland and barret was a reputable shop but looking at their staff behaviour felt really disappointed. I used to shop online but visting the store was a mistake. Would never shop here again.

I wish there is an option to rate this place a 0 star if I could.
I went into this branch on 25th March with hopes to find this PCOS Inositol gummies that were being sold on Holland & Barrett website.
I approached this lady on the shop floor (late 50s ish, with grey hair). I asked her politely if they would have this item in stock at the shop, with photos that I?ve found on their website. She had a quick look on my phone and went on to say ?no I don?t think so and I hope not? (in my head I was thinking what???? Why would you say that? If you don?t stock them in branches then fine but why would you say you hope not?) I?m baffled at this point but kept the smile on my face. Then she went on to say ?ohhhhh I think I know what u got, you should go see the doc, and good luck?.
In summary, I would like to say DO NOT buy from this branch, or DO NOT approach this lady even if you decided to shop here.
Terrible service plus disgusting attitude from the shop assistant.

ON 12th March 2025 in the afternoon sometime between 3pm and 5pm, Was served by an older lady "Sarah" (a grey haired lady) who was verbally abusive, openly hostile and became increasingly aggressive with me when I told her to not be so rude when I asked a question regarding points on my receipt. I asked to speak with another colleague and she just kicked off, became aggressive and was screaming at the top of her voice and asked me to leave the shop! and never come back! (PLEASE CHECK YOUR SECURITY CAMERAS WITH AUDIO ON) You will see what I had to endure. All I did was tell her to stop being rude to me and asked to speak with another member of staff instead.
Having looked through the feedback I can see that there have been many complaints about this member of staff. She really frightened me and I wanted to call the police. I have put in a formal complaint as I really did fear for my safety and was visibly shaken. Have never ever had an experience like this....She was just so rude and aggressive and why scream at customers...She created quite a scene. Would never ever return and have even cancelled my points card.

Just had an incredibly rude shop assistant say ?get away from me & put a mask on? when I sneezed and covered my mouth! I DO NOT EXPECT TO BE ABUSED in a shop.
The worst customer experience in my life. NOT ACCEPTABLE under any circumstances. No customer should be treated that way! Avoid this store if you wanted to treated like a human being . I would give minus 5 stars if I could. Retrain this member or staff or keep them away from customers. Very bad for business. Straight after me another woman had a similar rude experience. Holland and Barrett get on to this and sort this!!!

Up until today I enjoyed my monthly trip to H&B until today. Travelled to town especially to buy toothpaste as I have £7.50 credit. I was trying to think and choose but there was a loud junior male management guy talking excessively loudly and although that was bad enough on its own he then interspersed a few expletives and I immediately asked him to stop, to which he responded that as he worked there he would say whatever he liked.
I granted him that freedom and then left immediately to exercise my own freedom to shop without foul language.
I doubt that I?ll return to the branch which is sad as I?ve had so many good experiences in here

Pretty much the nicest staff of any store I?ve encountered anywhere. Consistently on point in this way. Knowledgeable as well.Stocked with the usual goodies that this store offers, and super nice prices, in my opinion.

Had a lovely experience today with a guy who I unfortunately the name of, brunette with an ear piercing who was extremely helpful and stuck with me giving me advice on CBD products! Extremely kind, thank you! Sincerely, the ginger lass :)

It's a fairly large branch, and had what we wanted to buy. However, the staff were extremely rude, so rude that I am going to avoid going to this store in the future. I don't understand how you can be so hostile towards customers and talk about them to their face (I've worked retail before), when I was just trying to pay and not being rude or difficult towards you at all. Oh well, maybe it was just a difficult day at H&B...
