What an absolute gem of a hotel, I?d say of all the hotels I?ve stayed in recently this is only just pipped to the top spot by hotel indigo in Bath which is a lot more expensive. The hotel was very nice, very clean, my room was fantastic - although I only used it for 6 hours. The staff were really nice, friendly and helpful, the only downside was the horrendous parking costs, but that?s not the hotels fault.

Generally favourable however room wasn't vacuumed when made up + there were some issues with breakfast items being unavailable due to shortages or problems with kitchen cooking facilities.Rooms: I stayed 5 nights + didn't require my room to be made up, daily, however I noticed that it wasn't vacuumed when it was.Walkability: A good location for 'foot' visitors. An easy walk to central Bath + main attractions.Food & drinks: Limited options + some breakfast items were unavailable.

One to avoid if travelling by car. So about 95% of people then. The problem is the car park. I checked in for three nights, so paid the frankly astonishingly expensive £25 a night for all three nights parking. Not that big a deal with it being on expenses, but still a Mickey take. Then I get back to the hotel after work, to find zero parking bays. Terrific. Just what you need after a long day at work.So I ask about, it and then the staff hide behind the fact that apparently it's a public car park that just happens to be next to the hotel, and the next nearest car park is a FIFTEEN MINUTE walk down the road, according to Google maps. Wonderful. Just what you need with a heavy work bag.How do I get my parking refunded then? Oh you need to talk to the parking company cos it's not owned by the hotel. Great. I bet that process is not a pain in the backside. Then you find out someone was meant to give you a discount voucher for your parking, and you were meant to get it for the slightly less outrageous £15, but they forgot to give you a voucher. Tremendous. Doing their jobs really well then.Gold stars all round then for these absolute clowns.

The room was clean and well kept, had what you need for a night or a few away. Spacious enough and bed was ok. But, the noise from both outside and adjacent rooms meant that i didnt have a great rest at all, i gave up on around 5am and left early which also meamt that i missed out on breakfast. Also parking is quite restricted, when i eventually got an assessible space i was shocked at the price of parking. Overall i wouldnt choose to return

Location is great but I dont think hotel management take cleanliness as priority. Our room was quite dirty, bedsheets full of stains. We did not raise any complaints because we had a lot of stuff and a little baby and couldnt bother to argue for another room but next time we would stay somewhere else because the price is quite on high side.Paid parking on site is available and managed by yourparkingspace and comes with a discount for hotel guests.Location is 15 min walk to the roman baths and city center so very convenient if the weather is good.

Hotel is ok rooms are are great breakfast is ok but the real sting in the tail is the ridiculous cost of parking £75 for one night makes this totally unacceptable for me and no warnings when booking only thing you get is we have paid parking on site run by parking company. To late to change when you find you have been mugged but that is by design.
