I brought my mum into the Bath store to find her ?mother of the bride? outfit. Maddie and Maria were absolutely incredible and made us feel very special! They had some great outfit and accessory suggestions and were really attentive - would definitely recommend!

Went to Bath Hobbs yesterday and received a 1st class service from the superb duo of team M&M. Michele & Maria were extremely helpful & constructive in their comments and weren?t at all pushy, which my Sister & I appreciated. Needless to say, we left happy & smiling either our purchases. Michele had to order a few items for us to be delivered direct to home and they arrived neatly packaged before lunchtime today. Thanks to you both for making our shopping experience in Bath Hobbs an enjoyable experience. ?

In August this year, I visited Hobbs on Milsom Street to buy a smart black dress for my Father's funeral ( having failed to find anything but flimsy summer dresses elsewhere on the High Street!)
The reason for this review is not for the clothes (we know Hobbs clothes are well-made and fit great) but for the service I received, especially at such a sad time. Michele was wonderful - such a kind lady, willing to help, advise, fetch other options and just listen. She made me feel like I was her only customer that morning, with none of the 'hard sell' you might get elsewhere.
I felt smart at the funeral, that I did my Dad proud. I told the funeral guests the story behind my dress, and the wonderful Michele, when they complimented my dress.

Wandered into Hobbs yesterday looking for workwear for an upcoming job change. Received wonderful service from Nina, nothing was too much trouble. I wasn?t intending to try on trousers as standard length is not usually long enough but she found me several suitable pairs, I am so pleased that Hobbs ones come up quite long, as well as finding the right sizes of the various tops I had picked out. A lovely experience personally experience.

I took my mother in law into Hobbs in Bath today to find a dress to wear to an upcoming wedding. The service we received was fantastic. All the staff were really attentive and they brought dresses from the storeroom to try on too. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Michele served us and helped us choose the right dress. Outstanding service and an amazing experience. Thank you to you all.

I received such wonderfully kind help from both Tina and Maddie in a tricky situation of trying to get a dress shipped in before leaving the area. The dress arrived in time, and I had an exceptional experience in the store. All the clothing that I purchased was beautiful - I?m a very happy customer!

I went into bath Hobbs on a whim. I?m from the US and so don?t know the store. What an amazing experience! The women who were working there were absolutely perfect. I haven?t bought a dress in 40 years, but I was inspired by what I saw in the window MICHELL and MANE We?re in the middle of the huge end of the sale transfer clothing to the basement putting out new stock truly busy. They put everything aside to give me a hand and tag team to me making sure I got to see everything, even if it had been already taken downstairs. I left with a terrific pair of skinny jeans which I badly needed, and the most beautiful dress! As a solo visitor to Bath This experience at Hobbs Was like meeting new girlfriends And going out shopping together! It made my day and it?s one of the highlights of my visit

First visit to Hobbs in bath, looking for a Mother of the Bride dress, not sure on style or colour. Walked in and began browsing, and was approached by the lovely Maddie. She immediately put us at ease, and nothing was too much trouble for her. She took dresses to the fitting rooms upon selecting them, whilst we were still browsing other pieces. She checked for more sizes and allowed us to take our time. Maddie didn?t put any pressure on us to buy anything, but fully supported with fittings and accessorising the dresses. We felt at home and that she took a genuine interest in our wants, needs and us in general. Fantastic experience for my Mum and I. Very happy with our purchase and the whole experience was washed down nicely with a glass of bubbly. Mum?s now a Hobbs customer for life! Thank you. X

I had a great experience at the Bath Hobbs store. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lucy in particular was fantastic ? she gave me lots of great options to try and was clearly very knowledgeable about the Hobbs range. I really appreciated her patience and helpful advice. Hiba, the supervisor at Hobbs Bath, was absolutely incredible! I walked in feeling completely lost about what to wear for my new job, but her expertise and warm, patient guidance made all the difference. She took the time to understand my needs, picked out stunning outfits that suited my body perfectly, and boosted my confidence in ways I didn?t expect. It?s no surprise she studied fashion design?her knowledge of fits and styling was spot-on!
