Phenomenal shop. My battery died in a car park, so I walked there and swiftly obtained a battery to return to the car park with. They even offered extra assistance with getting it installed which was massively helpful. Best service at an auto shop I have ever had, tipped them £30 too. Class gents that run the place.

I found HiQ in Bath today googling after having a bad experience with Bathwick Tyres my usual go to place.
HiQ were brilliant despite being busy, they were helpful, easy to deal with, fixed the issue, great value. A great tyre place in Bath which I didn?t know existed before today - will be my new go to place.

This people are rude! I booked an mot appointment 3weeks ahead and when i came on the date I was not on the list. I begged if there?s a chance they can squeeze me in since its my last day of mot and I came early coming from a night shift but they were hostile and one guy even told me anyone would say anything if they are on that kind of situation!! I got everything in my call logs as proof, I spoke to them for 4mins. I mean if i wasn't on the list why would i even speak to them for 4mins?! Never coming back to that garage ever again! Anyway I manage to arrange an mot at the center nearby, reception where so friendly and more approachable than those bonkers!

Feel like I have been ripped off a little as I am a women. I paid £571 for a new clutch. I'm now not sure if it was changed but will be getting a second opinion as still heavy clutch pedal when I said this on return to get my car serviced they pretty much shrugged it off.
Booked in for a service and when asked how much it would be they said about £280 and on return charged £315 Have since spoken to people with larger cars than me that have had full services in other garages and only charged £250. Feel a bit disappointed.
Also feel bad for recommended to a friend as I thought they were genuine people who has since said the she could get her tyres for at least £30 cheaper.

Had a slow puncture that turned into a big issue late last week. Phoned HiQ who were extremely accommodating - they ordered two rear tyres and fitted them the following morning while I waited. Extremely courteous and efficient service and excellent value for money. Thank you !

Thank you!! I was on a mini break away in Bath and ended up with a flat tyre from a screw. Unfortunately, they couldn't get my specific tyre until the next day (which I was unable to do, as I was heading home). However, they helped in every way they could, even down to giving my friend and I chairs in the shade because it was a HOT day. They temporarily repaired my tyre and were generally incredibly helpful and friendly, which was much appreciated in a time of stress!! Thank you so much :)

On behalf of Joe (now driving) just to say these guys were first class. Leaving Bath for ten-hour road trip to Scotland, ferry to catch and day starts with discovered puncture. Couldn?t have been more helpful, speedy and friendly. We might just make the ferry! Super good value also.
