They got the work done within 2 days, but the lack of updates on progress or proper explanation for why the car failed it's MOT and the reasons for the the replacement parts and extra work done left me feeling as if I had extra work/hours added to my bill, which was bigger than what had been described to me on the phone.

Excellent garage. We needed a garage in an emergency while visiting Bath for a few days as a warning light had appeared. The guys at HiQ saw us on the same day, ran a diagnostic check and managed to find and fix the problem. They then thoroughly tested the car to check they'd solved the problem. They talked through the whole process with us when we collected the car so that we were fully aware of what had been done and charged a fair price. The car is still running smoothly, thank you. Highly recommended.
