The best thing about The Exchange is the location, being close to all amenities and to the bus stop for campus. The building itself is modern and nicely designed, with a vibrant common room with a large TV and sufficient seating space. The communal kitchens in each flat are spacious and often where you get to socialise with your flatmates. All rooms are ensuite which is great.

I lived here during 2020-21. Best location in Bath- cafes, gyms, bus stops , railway station everything you need within a 5 min walk !

Perfect position. It's in city centre. Two minutes to bars, supermarkets, and bus station.Noisy place. It's next to the main road, so it's noisy. Although you close your windows, it is also noisy.
