Hamptons was an amazing agent. I worked with Rio Oakley and he was communicative and kind and efficient which is rare in the current rental market. I have been a tenant with Savills for 3 years who have been the worst company to deal with, slow and inefficient and no point of contact so dealing with Hamptons was so refreshing. I would 100% recommend Hamptons to any Landlords looking to get a property rented quickly and efficiently.

We looked at a number of properties with Hamptons and were delighted with all their agents' empathetic understanding of our needs for a new home. They had the time and patience to deal with our often conflictual views and were always knowledgeable and informed. I can't say thanks enough to Melanie Hudson, who made her magic turn around the installation of a new hob when our old hob decided to quit working just a week before Xmas. Melanie managed to get hold of service people, have a thorough exam of the incident, inform the landlord, and then organise the installation of a new one. She makes all that happen in just a few days. Thank you again, Melanie, a toast to you, you made happen for our wonderful Christmas dinner!

We've had an excellent service from our property manager Melanie since moving into our property a few months ago. She is quick to reply and has been extremely helpful with sorting out the initial snags we have been experiencing. I am very happy with Hamptons overall as when I have dropped by to ask questions in person everyone has been super helpful.

We have just bought a house through Hamptons and whilst I wouldn?t usually leave reviews we had such a fantastic experience with Kim we felt we must! Kim was so helpful, informative, knowledgeable professional and friendly - we felt really well looked after at each stage. Kim helped us secure our absolute dream home and with perfect timing to coordinate with our previous home sale. Couldn?t recommend Hamptons more so if you are looking to sell or buy look no further!

How to even begin describing Hampton's Letting's and the Team feels like a behemoth of a task.Some important information is that I myself am a student, and this had completely hindered my prospects for searching for a property in a place like Bath.As students we're told that we should aim for a certain standard that would assist in bringing costs down, in order to still maintain a standard of living in the current housing and cost of living crisis.The property I had seen under Hamptons was about property number 20 in a long, tedious line of property viewings I had been experiencing even after this viewing, Yoanna was already considering me for other properties that might work in my budget.To say that Yoanna and her team worked hard for me is an understatement, after explaining my situation to her during my viewing Yoanna give advice and guidance on how best to present myself to landlords, estate agents and other independent letting agencies, then she and her team went above and beyond in talking to the landlord explaining the hardships I had been facing as a student that I was being rejected at every turn, when announcing 'I am a student' despite also working a near enough full time job to maintain myself.I am so lucky I found myself in the hands on Yoanna and the rest of her team, who really put themselves on the line for me unnecessarily.Thank you to all that Hamptons that have helped me, I have no doubt in my mind they will always be on hand should I need them.
