Zack (I believe, I could be wrong), was so polite and calm during a stressful situation.
Your systems crashed and he wasn't able to use the card machine. As a hospitality manager myself, he acted exactly how I'd want any of my team to, he was polite and patient with the complainers, and he accommodated everybody as best as he could.

I went in this morning like I have been for the past 2 weeks with my college ID for a student discount and for some reason this week I wasn't able to get anything from it. This is quite annoying and it seemed the workers had no clue of a discount at all which didn't seem too good.

Great coffee great service from a amazing team of staff. Sometimes I get confused from epilepsy and they just do my usual order for me. Also if you want a hot pasty ask them to put 1 in and do shopping and it be ready in 30mins ! ? You won't find a better Greggs than here... ?

Pizza and a hot drink only cost £2.6, which is a good choice if you want to save money. The staff is very friendly.
