We visited for breakfast the morning we were departing Bath since this restaurant was close to the train station. Unfortunately we had exceptionally dense pancakes, soggy avocado toast and the worst tasting Americano. I sent the Americano back it was so bad, and asked for a flat white... which was then served to me in a small water glass, making it impossible to pick up and drink while hot. Service was mid, food was mid to just poor. An unfortunate last meal in the otherwise lovely visit to Bath.

Booked a table at 6.45 so thought we had plenty of time to enjoy our meal before closing, food was nice, service was good, until we asked to see dessert menu after our main meal, only to be told kitchen was closed. Think this was just before 8pm. Left feeling disappointed.

An interesting variety of food for the family. We stopped here for lunch with our two kids. Kids the kids meals and we both had Asian inspired plates.

Excellent service, literally every interaction we had with any member of staff was polite helpful and speedy. Food was tremendous and prompt.

Went here today with some friends for food and drink, the food was amazing and the service was even better. I didn't catch the name of our server but we were in around midday and she was just fantastic. Never had such amazing service until today ?

There was some kind of software glitch that allowed me to book the restaurant before they opened but the manager dealt with it super professionally and to the best of his ability. Breakfast is always great and will be back for sure.

We visited Giraffe in Bath to catch up with friends and brought our baby along. The food was great, the cocktails were lovely, and the service was excellent? our waiter, Jo, could not have done more for us. We had a nice little table to ourselves, and everything we needed was taken care of. The restaurant is in a great location, right by the train station and bus stop, which was really convenient. Highly recommend.

LOVE this place. The service was very quick and friendly. The server that served my mum and I was amazing. She gave very good recommendations and helped us with our selection. Food came out quick and was delicious. The atmosphere was comfortable and felt nice and calm despite it being the lunch rush. Would recommend this to anybody and everybody.
