Called Tom regarding an emergency call out to a store and he was there within the hour, found the fault really quick and got the power back on, i'll certainly be using his services again, highly recommended

Walked in to look at the sale advertised in the window and not even 2 feet away from the staff and they started commenting on myself walking in ?of course she?s walked straight to the sale? so I walked straight back out. Do not recommend the customer service.

The staff are so helpful,Today the lovely assistant helped me with ordering my size in shorts,getting them delivered FREE next day.
Ive purchased a beautiful suit,2 dresses all of excellent quality,price.
Wonderful shop, lovely staff.

Amazing customer service from the team at FC Bath. Bought a lovely necklace on impulse last week but in a rush, I left it on the counter. Rang them the next morning & they sorted it all brilliantly. Thank you so much ?

Customer service was absolutely excellent. Visited the shop whilst on holiday in Bath! The guy who served me had a lovely manner. He was really informative regarding questions about the dress I purchased and just made the whole shopping experience a joy!

Just had to write and thank Ben for his assistance, care and efficiency when explaining and guiding me through the process of ordering an item of clothing I wished to purchase but unfortunately was not in stock. Fully in control of the situation I was told delivery would be the following day....it was already p.m. when ordered! All went smoothly and my parcel arrived by 10.00 am. Super, super fit - I love my leather skirt.'French Connection' made an excellent choice when employing Ben and I feel sure wherever life takes him he will excel. Lovely shop and great staff.

French Connections is one of Bath's most fashionable staple shops; reliably on trend, and it's not going anywhere. Edgier than Jack Wills but classier than Topshop, French Connection is a welcome addition to Bath's shopping district. This particular shop on Green Street is quite small but there's still room for a well stocked woman's and men's department. My favourite thing about this French Connection is their stunning range of cocktail dresses which are feminine and flattering. Sadly the sales here are poor, offering as little as 15% off their goods so I wouldn't worry about holding out for them. The shop assistants are a tad pretentious, which can make for an awkward shopping experience
