Really excellent hardware shop with an amazingly extensive stock of DIY tools, materials etc and of household items such as cleaning products, saucepans, containers and such like. Very helpful staff. Whatever I want they always seem to have it.

I had a fantastic experience at Francis DIY! They have an impressive range of products for a local shop, I purchased anti-mold silicone at a great price. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as well. The gentleman who assisted me not only provided a detailed explanation of how to use the product but also demonstrated it effectively. Thanks to his guidance, I achieved fantastic results, better than I had expected! Thank you for all the help, I highly recommend this shop for its great selection, friendly service, and expertise!

Places like this need to be used , I used to deliver Gas to this company back in the late 2000's , the service is fantastic and the selection of items for all needs is vast.Random...but I needed a specific type of needle and within minutes i had been walked to the area where they could be and we found what i needed along with a few laughs. Thanks guys.

A good old fashioned hardware store, it has everything a big box store doesn't, like atmosphere, stock you can reach, more like stock bulging from the aisles, unbelievable knowledge of, well, I have yet to pose a question they couldn't answer, which is important for someone like me, as I am clearly from a different planet. These guys rock
