Don?t bother buying your paint from the farrow and ball store when you can get it cheaper at Davies if Bath or even B and Q?all paints are now mixed on site meaning colour variations from tin to tin. Coverage is poor as usual. What most annoyed me was the arrogant assistant manager who was not willing to help with a £400 spend and tried to imply it was all my methods. I have been decorating for 30 years and I assume she has done 1 training course and painted her bedroom.

I will not bother with this shop again. Poor service took ages to get served no one else in shop.Extremely annoyed took the day off to paint and when opened it was the wrong colour. Paint not mixed properly in the shop. I guess I should have checked when given, but then so should the person have serving me. Hopefully will be a prompt refund will purchase Farrow and Ball from another source. Will have to take another day off to paint. Annoyed so much as I wouldn?t normally leave poor feedback.

Don?t get involved with the gloss paint : it?s a monster! It claims to be recoatable in four hours : still waiting for a single coat to dry after four days and it probably needs 3 coats being a very dark colour!!!. The paint won?t strike out without pulling due to the EXTREME volatility of the water based chemistry. It also needs 14 days to fully harden!! A disaster in every sense! It will make you F&B??? Obviously needs to be reformulated!?

Really nice staff who are willing to help. The paint itself is a little expensive, but I guess that's the price you pay for quality.
