Lovely service from young man in bath store,when I tried to purchase a pair of earrings this week Went out of his way ,had to order for home delivery.They arrived safely ,via Post Office this morning.Am 84 and shopping is sometimes hard,.Thiswas not.

I'm absolutely fuming!!! Whilst walking into the store today a gust of wind caught the door and trapped my finger in it!! Those doors are heavy so it hurt and my fingers went instantly blue!! All the sales lady did was laugh & say oh!! Whilst I was cussing about my fingers hurting not one sales person asked me if I was ok and continued talking amongst themselves!!! So I stormed out!! Why the hell would i want to give this company my money when they treat you like that?! I'm looking into putting in an official complaint!!!

The sales assistant Sheila helped us to pick out our wedding rings and she was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Sheila was attentive and made the process of finding rings very simple. We would highly recommend this branch of Ernest Jones.

I recently visited the Ernest Jones shop in Bath to purchase a very special eternity ring for my wife?s 40th birthday. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was second to none. I had to be quite secretive about the purchase ? my wife had no idea ? and the manager was incredibly supportive and discreet throughout the entire process.
The team really went above and beyond to help with the perfect ring, all while keeping everything under wraps. It was clear they genuinely cared about making the experience special. On the day, everything went smoothly, and I couldn?t have asked for better service.
Now that the surprise is out ? she absolutely loves the ring and hasn?t stopped smiling since! Thank you to everyone at Ernest Jones Bath for helping make this milestone birthday one to remember.

I visited Ernest Jones in Bath today to get the links removed on my first-ever watches, and I had an absolutely brilliant experience! David assisted me and was amazing from start to finish. He removed the links quickly and efficiently, making sure I could try the watches on to ensure a perfect fit.
What really stood out was the excellent customer support ? David was friendly, professional, and we had a great chat while he worked on the watches. He then went above and beyond by taking the time to explain how the watches work, how to maintain them, and how to use their functions properly. As someone new to the world of watches, I really appreciated this thoughtful and informative service.

My partner and I just bought our wedding rings here. They referred to him as my ??mate?.
They were unable to provide a receipt. The shop assistants were rude, even passively homophobic I?d suggest. We?ve just spent a lot of money. Not even a thank you from them for our custom. If our ceremony was not in a few weeks, we would have given them back and gone elsewhere.

Popped in to see if someone could help fit the strap on steel watch given to me for my birthday.
A very nice lady greeted me and David the store manager kindly fitted the watch without any hesitation. His appreciation and knowledge of the watch made me feel even better. Such a nice experience and example of genuine high street customer service. Another couple leaving as I arrived were equally happy and vocal about their positive experience. I would definitely return to this store when next in need of a watch, jewelery or advice. Thank you!

I made 2 attempts to visit this store as I wanted to try on a few watches. Apart from the dated and off-putting atmosphere inside, it's practically impossible to try anything on if there are more than 2-3 customers inside already. They normally have up to 2 people on a shift and if they're serving customers, you'd have to be prepared to wait for ages to be served. Given the size of the store, they should have more staff available if they want to push on making more sales.
