It?s really good value for money. Clean Nice rooms. Car park available . At the same time public bus service is great . If you want have a good exercise can walk up and down in the hills . Breakfast is simple but healthy. I would say is a really good value for money.

I was amazed by the room. It was clean and new. The staff was efficient and so helpful. The room was small but was still really nice, enough for my husband and myself. the bed was comfortable and even the pillows were fresh. Definitely a perfect stay for a great visit to Bath. The cark park is free and you can take the Uni bus to the town which run every 15 minutes. A great place to book in the Summer. Contential breakfast is included in the price . Free wifi.

Excellent value. Must be the cleanest place I have ever visited! The room was absolutely spotless- definitely a shout out to the cleaners. All staff we met were fantastic, all cheerful and helpful. Bonus is the free parking, hotels in Bath can charge £15 a night!!! Also, having a bus every 20 mins into Bath means car can stay in car park. Breakfast is great, better continental than we?ve had in many hotels, only comment would be- no eggs! Would be nice if they could supply scramblers or fried. Bar was good, decent prices and staff were great. Our only disappointment was the restaurant, only pizzas available. Definitely recommend. Give them a call before you book, you will get a better price! Thanks to all staff.

Spent 2 nights here, and for the money I cannot fault it. Free parking, breakfast, en suite, easy bus ride into Bath city centre, very clean and modern. Apart from the TV its like an ibis. The room doesn't have a tv, but if you really need one, theres 2 in the kitchen, 1 in an area with a sofa. But are you really here to watch TV when we all have smart phones and on a cheap getaway??!! I did notice when you leave the room, you did need to use your keycard against the door to lock it when leaving, maybe if I waited it would have timed out and locked. Inside it has a deadlock. Seen a lot of reviews where people moan about the bed, yeah its a 3/4 bed, but unless your 2 very large people, its fine for your average person/persons. Windows open if you need a breeze. Room has kettle, tea, and coffee, and 2 small bars of soap in the bathroom, and towels. Breakfast was great, croissants, pan u chocolat, yoghurts ( greek also )/granola, selection of cereal, toast/jam, coffee machine ( offers various coffee types )and tea, juice, cold meats, and cheese. You know, the sort of breakfast that costs £8+ each in hotels. Was spot on, and very clean and very modern where you ate. Bus service on campus running till 11pm, £2 single, or £5.60 hop on/off to use daily throughout Bath itself( prices July 2023). Cheaper than taxis. The uni is up a big hill, and I've seen people moaning about walking it. I ask myself why the hell would you, give your head a wobble!! Its £2 on a bus, £1.50 if your a student. So please ignore those daft reviews!! Prices on returns/day tickets are also cheaper if bought in pairs. Like trains offer with a duo ticket. Overall its a great price that inculdes breakfast, clean, staff are all super friendly, and a great location. Don't pass it up if you're on a budget, and spend the extra going out and making memories ? We Stayed in Polden Block C, and ate the Polden cafe/canteen.

Wanted to find somewhere last minute in Bath, paid £70 for a double room in the Polden Hall. Reception staff really friendly and checking in really simple. Location is fantastic about 30 mins walk to Bath, althought the hill on the way back is challenge!! If you don't want to walk then take the U1 bus which takes you straight into the university. Discovered the student union and a great place to grab a drink! In terms of the room, clean, nice views and an absolute bargain. Not a bad student pad! Breakfast was great - toast, croissants, fruit and / or cereal. For a trip to Bath we would totally recommend

Paid £70 for a double room in the Polden Hall of Residence. Very pleasant. The view from the room was excellent; it is a very short drive to the centre of town and if you do not have a car, there are regular buses and taxis from the campus. It makes for a really good base to explore the area. The double bed was, as per other reviews, a little on the small side, though the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was advertised as continental (which is fine, although other University holiday residences offer full English), but there was no cheese nor ham so it was slim pickings.

Really lovely staff. Room is basic but nice, does have tea making equipment. The downside is the noise the doors make but weren't many people there so wasn't too bad. Also note the kitchen was shut due to covid precautions which was annoying. Grounds are nice too, especially the lake with the ducks. Regular buses into the centre.

Our expectations were not high with this being student halls but it was clean and tidy and had everything we need. The water pressure was great, the duvet and pillows were high quality and the rooms bigger than expected. Only downsides were the hard mattresses and no couch in the social room. Other than that this is a fabulous place for cheap accommodation in bath with free parking. We were very pleasantly surprised.

We stayed in Polden for three nights. Rooms were very clean and towels, soap, coffee and tea were provided. Breakfast each day was good with plenty of choice. Staff all friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay.

Nice stay for a few nights. The room was clean and quiet, fairly spaced considering the king of facility. The bed wasn?t as small as expected (although it was still very small!) but this was also mentioned in the booking. The location was ok, however I wouldn?t recommend it to travellers that want to stay very central. The bus U1 run fairly often, and you can get a daily ticket for only £4.50 There also is lot of green around the campus, including lot of tables to enjoy breakfast outdoors. Cons: my booking was for the East accommodation centre which was closed. Therefore I had to walk through the campus looking for the West building: it would have been better to know in advance. Breakfast wasn?t available the last day: the price included free breakfast 8-9:30, however I made my way for 9:10 and nobody was there. No hairdryer provided. Overall it was a good stay, I would probably stay again

Just like to say how pleased I was with my short stay at University of Bath. Reception staff were very helpful. Parking was easy to find and you receive your free parking permit immediately on arrival. The room was squeaky clean and comfortable. Hardly heard anyone around and had a lovely view of the wood. There is a bus U1 which runs to and from the University Campus every 15 to 20 mins but I decided to walk the Bathwick Hill route. I walked up it 5 times in all and your body does get used to it eventually!!!! Here's the thing though, after walking up Bathwick Hill you still have to climb up North Lane and make your way up Quarry Road!!!

- Great price and Staff very friendly - Very good and abundant breakfast included in the price. Nice room, within the campus and easy to reach from the city centre. - But there was no set for the toilet apart From a towel It?s a good place if you would like to go hiking from the top of the hill through the nature and houses ? until the Roman bridge in the south park as we did
