We only stayed one night, but everything was wonderful! They even left us a small bottle of fresh milk, which was a lovely surprise.Rooms: Clean and bright, with comfortable beds and a great living room area for games and to relax. Also had great amenities!Walkability: Right off a Main Street in the shopping center, we had no problem walking to see the baths, the abbey, or the botanical gardens.

Perfect city mini break location. Centrally situated making exploring Bath and all it's delights on foot very enjoyable. Beautiful apartment, with all amenities provided enabling self catering independence.

Clean well positioned apartment. Seagulls were extremely loud and annoying. The car was covered with bird poo.

What a company!I travel to Bath every month for business (something that cannot be done over Zoom) and have been staying at different apartments/townhouses every time.I've noticed that every time I leave a 5* review, it's usually for this company.Thanks to the team at the other end of the phone for always making things so easy and friendly.The location of this flat is perfect for me. Right in the centre and less than a minute from the high street, Roman Baths, Abbey and Thermea Spa, I wish I was here as a tourist

DO NOT BOOK WITH DREAM STAYS BATH - WE WERE LEFT STRANDEDWe contacted the property (through the Expedia app) as soon as we booked (which was a few days before check in) and were told that we had to call the number they provided 30 mins before arrival and only then would we be given the access code to get in to the property. Checkin was up to 11pm. We started trying to call a few minutes after 5pm and they did not answer the phone. We were stranded. It was the middle of lockdown in the UK so hotels were closed etc. After over 1.5 hrs on the phone to Expedia trying to find a solution we had to give up. Luckily, we were able to get another company to save us from sleeping in a car park. It cost us hundreds of pounds more, but we were out of options so had no choice. Dream Stays Bath finally bothered to get in touch the next day and confirmed that a refund would be processed. That was a week ago and Expedia have not received any notice to refund.I can only assume that the good reviews have been paid for. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Lovely apartment in a great location however with noisy neighbours above, the loudest seagulls I have ever heard and a pub garden near the accommodation it becomes a very noisy place to try and sleep!

IMPRESSIVE - Our family stayed here on 1 Jan 2018. This is a charming family place right in the high street of Bath!. Out of all places we stayed around UK cities - this is definitely the best place we stayed. Very very stylish two bedroom apartment, fully equipped kitchen with all the modern equipment (oven, fire stove and all the utensils incl. a wine chiller) and most importantly well ventilated with a big window. And the location is the best you can ever get..right in the middle of high street and what is excellent it has a free parking permit that is provided - right in the high street. Well done Melissa, Peter and the team!!
