Came in on Sunday afternoon to a very crowded town gathering for rugby matches, celebrating st pat?s day and morning marathon wrapping up.117£ for superior room. Not requested but Upgraded free to king superior room - has a desk n chair but no sofa like mentioned by others.We were offered a yummy warm welcome cookie each at reception. Note: No foc bottled water in room. There is complimentary tea and coffee incl decaf.We parked on one of the 6 lots in front of the hotel for unloading luggage and check in. The receptionist told us it was only for 15 min and we should move our car thereafter.So, we parked next door at cattle st open air car park (savings for electric cars) which was almost half price of the recommended car park (Podium multi storey car park).We couldn?t help but notice that the other cars which were parked up front didn?t move the entire time we were out for dinner 6pm to 8pm.In room, pleasant and new furnishings and updated modern design. Soft lighting with dimmers. Crabtree and Evelyn on pump for soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. (Pic)One bed lamp is not working.(pic)And one bath towel had a hole in the centre, and two dark shadowy stains. (Pic)And tissue box had a strange design with the paper puffed up! See pic.

Superb service especially from Warwick, the general manager. He helped us with everything from good local restaurants (for which he drew up a beautiful handwritten list) to water in the room. Charming and friendly, he made a big hotel feel like a small boutique one.Gorgeous restaurant and delicious breakfast.The hotel is in a really good location, close to everything but still pretty quiet. Fresh rooms with lovely bedding and all you need.We loved it. Thanks x

Really good location and parking is easy. Breakfast was also a spot on experience - good food, selection and staff.All about attention to detail which is why it isn't 5*. Only one person checking people in at peak time was a frustration, bat staff were also, slow and steady in the evening. Public areas also had numerous amounts of litter (wrapping paper, napkins, tags)Rooms are a very good size and at first glance, spot on but again, details. When we folded the sofa bed back there were cotton pads beneath, the window had mould beneath it as did the soap tray/cubicle.It was a good stay, the location is great and staff are friendly/ courteous. However for the price on NYE, it just doesn't warrant 5*

If I had a complaint then it would be that the pillows were far too soft and offered no support at all. Other than that we had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.?

Parking underground below, ramp by front of building. For Taller vehicles there is a car park on the left as you arrive at the location, both are paid parking.Check-in is usually fast with friendly staff and hot cookie !(Hilton Honours can check-in online/in App and go right to room with key in your phone).Breakfast has a good range, be seated by friendly staff (there is a VIP breakfast room, if that's you!).You can walk to everywhere in town from here, very good location. So many food , drink and entertainment options you will be spoilt for choice. Or opt for an eat in delivery!Rooms: Comfortable, can get key on the App in your phoneWalkability: Comedy club, all food and drink. Xmas market, all of the shopping areas.Food & drinks: Everything and more, all walkableNoteworthy details: All parking is payable, not included

Travel lodge with a Hilton badge. The most over priced hotel I?ve ever stayed in. Old milk in our mini bar, I complained to the front desk as room service was suspended due to a party being on. I was told the Manager was too busy to talk to me. Why should guests suffer due to the hotel not resourcing a pre booked party. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Excellent business stay, polite and attentive staff made me feel welcome. The room was modern and clean but it was like a sauna when I walked in. The AC is set to heat only so there is no option to cool the room apart from turning it off and opening the window. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is next door in an underground car park with EV charging bays (Pod point). You will have to walk to the hotel (about 50m) but there is drop off/pickup parking out the front if required.

We checked into this hotel for what I initially thought was for my partners birthday weekend, for it to turn into an engagement weekend! The rooms were clean and the climate control worked well. The bathroom and shower were great. The only reason I haven't given a 5th star is purely because of the bed which was a little uncomfortable and felt like it needed replacing. The hotel is in a great location near the center of Bath, just a few minutes walk from the Abbey and Roman Baths. There is a large underground car park right underneath the hotel (£15 per day), and plenty of shops nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly, in particular Nathan who was a star. The breakfast was very good, as was the dinner that we enjoyed on our first night. Overall an amazing experience at this hotel.

I liked the hotel, warm and friendly, luxurious feel and attention to details. Very happy without stay even though the heating wasn't working for 2 days, still they made huge effort to help with guests who were cold. We didn't mind.

Bath is a beautiful place and the hotel is in a great location.We had visited for one night to see the Christmas market, however upon arrival at the hotel we were put in a room without heating and it was -2 outsideThere was a lack of consistency in explanations, contradictory statements about the duration of the heating problem, and an absence of proactive solutions. Not to mention how much it costs to stay at a hilton.This experience tarnished what was meant to be a special occasion.
