“I have 2 little kids and the care they are receiving from this practice is outstanding in my opinion. We have never been ignored or taken not seriously. Any urgent matters are solved promptly, we have been seen on the same day many times and all doctors have been truly wonderful, listening carefully and always trying to get to the core. I truly feel my kids are safe with them. It is slightly different with adults I assume, reading so many negative comments, but in most cases I, myself, and my husband have been treated very very well too. Sometimes you have to fight a little for the appointment and it takes a lot of calling here and there but I believe this is a very oversubscribed practice and they are truly struggling at times. It’s not the issue of doctors or receptionists but probably council and country. Overall, I am very thankful to all the doctors we have ever come across and I hope they do feel appreciated.
