Nile (Bath Store) was a legend today, collected my order and finally was able to cancel my online order that was lost by DPD. With both Currys and DPD refusing to cooperate.Thanks.

Brought a home speaker here in July, it went in for repair on 11th October. Asked for a refund as it has been well over the 7 days repair guarantee.Email from refund dept states they need the speaker back in order to complete refund.No one, not even Bose knows where the speaker is.I need this issue resolved today, or I will be forced to contact trading standards to get money or product back.(Above is also a very simplified version, it has been a lot of hassle having to go into store numerous times and being referred back to telephone service and vice/versa)Employees have been helpful in trying to resolve the matter, but severe lack of communication between departments has left me in limbo and without either a refund or £350 homespeaker.

Have just returned from a visit to Currys in Bath. What a waste of time! I'd come to choose and purchase a tablet. In the 20 minutes I was in the store I was not once approached by a member of staff - and there were plenty of them in there - doing very little. Twice I tried to approach someone but they walked off. The tablet I was specially interested was missing from its display too! Will purchase elsewhere!

I was just really surprised by how rude the staff are. I was in there for about 10 minutes and was a bit surprised at how staff spoke to another customer, then when it came my turn to ask about a fridge freezer I got the same treatment! It?s just weird.

Went in to look at new phones and Isabella was so incredibly helpful. Very knowledgeable, not at all patronising or pushy. It was so nice talking to someone who knew her stuff and actually listened to what I wanted. I would definitely go back as a result.

Looking for a Go Pro Hero 11 to purchase. Call up and women online tells me they have Go Pros there in stock. Drive over to the store to be told that Go Pro and Curry?s have fallen out and they don?t have any in stock, only for ordering. Staff inside store were friendly but would have considerably preferred to be simply told on the phone before hand that it wasn?t in stock. Huge waste of time.

Went to store yesterday 2nd of June. Poor customer service at repair counter. Staff was rude and manager Mr Sunil was extremely rude left the store without any further help. Waiting time is longer then expected. However staff were wondering around look busy doing nothing.
