Probably one of the only bricks and mortar stores around that you have to wait 15 minutes to receive any kind of acknowledgement from staff, let alone buy something.
If you have the gall to ask a wandering staff member for help, 80% of the time they'll roll their eyes and find the rudest way possible to inform you that they are actually with another customer. My bad! I should've kept tabs on the comings and goings of all members of staff trudging down the corridors...
Shout out to Isabella though, who was actually very friendly and helpful, she could give the other staff members training on communicating with other people in a pleasant way

Had to buy a new printer, these guys had the one I wanted.... Staff (Brian) were friendly and very helpful, got the printer, paper and extra ink cartridges all in one bundle... Brilliant customer service.... 10/10

Incompetent staff. I was informed that something was not possible, despite email correspondence from currys. It was unnecessary for me to travel to the Longwell Green branch, and they assisted me within five minutes.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Nile at the Lower Bristol Road branch of Currys PC World for his exceptional customer service! From the moment we walked in, Nile was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us. He went above and beyond to assist us in pre-ordering the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2, making the whole process completely stress-free.
Nile answered every question we had with clarity and confidence, clearly knew the product inside out, and made sure we understood all the options available. He even double-checked stock info and timelines to ensure everything was spot on. It?s rare these days to come across someone who clearly cares this much about both their job and the customer experience.
