I went here for the first time on Saturday to have my covid injection and they offered me a flu injection at the same time. I was really pleased as I have a permanent disability and this has saved me another journey to my Doctors next week. I thought the service here was excellent. The Doctor was welcoming, put me at ease and providing all the help and support for my covid and flu injections. Thank you

New management, a husband and wife, have taken this pharmacy on and I can't fault them.Just had covid and flu jab, very helpful, very fiendly, easy to talk to.Highly recommend.

The counter staff made me feel really uncomfortable and discriminated. I never had such similar issue with my previous pharmacies. And I don?t think I was being over-sensitive because I felt the same every time when I visited the pharmacy, and it is always the same staff.It disgusts me to just think about how I was treated and how she would treat other people the same?

Utterly rude, unhelpful and patronising, blaming the GP for everything. We have been with this pharmacy for over two years and we regularily have issues with them not finding my mothers name on their system (as it is written wrong on it) and therefore trying to refuse to give her her medication without a long and tedious argument. They also keep swapping her unflavoured medication to flavoured one that she struggles swallowing. We flagged this up with the pharmacy verbally many-many times, but no changes were mande. After this coming up again recently I phoned the pharmacy to discuss these issues and the woman on the end of the line, to explain their method regarding the medication, said to me, I quote: ?I will only say this to you once as I am very busy with other prescription!? Then she promply started to blame the GP surgery having the name wrong (I checked with them and they aren?t guilty, they have the name correctly on their system) and for the GP not spelling it out on the prescription that the medication ordered is, in fact, unflavoured.She is someone obviously used to order others around and has zero respect towards the patients if they dare to ask questions.I do not recommend this pharmacy and I hope their next CQC report reflects their attitude towards their clients.

Usually very happy with Combe Down branch, but lately staff changing all the time, the area being what it is people like to see familiar faces also different pharmists. The website also says wrong opening and closing times.

Staff untrained, pointed fingers at me, blamed me for their incompetence. If I didn't checked my change from the payment they would of cheat me of some of my money. Incompetent and rude. Considering formal complaint
