I thought the service was very good and the assistant new what they were doing my 16 month old grandson was very happy with his first pair of shoes. We did go on Saturday so there was a 15 minute wait to be served. Generally very good.

I have been buying shoes for work at Clark's for over two years now and they never disappoint! The staff at this location are friendly and efficient, in particular Sue.

Had a great experience in store today. Sue the manager was very friendly and extremely knowledgable of the range they offer. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of boots. She?s an asset to the company and I?d definitely go back to visit the Bath store.

Sam helped my children find their first school shoes in Bath Clark?s shop on Saturday 24th. He was very patient and helpful, he measured their feet and had a good knowledge of sizings. Sam went out of his way to find something smart for my little boy that wasn?t out on shelf. We weren?t rushed at all and we?re given lots of time and 1:1 attention. The staff helped us to use my blue light discount (despite my internet not working, they kindly accepted my nhs badge). We were so pleased with the service, we will be going back to bath Clark?s for our next pairs!

Big shout out for Sam who was amazing today . Sam really seemed to understand and care about sizes for kids . He was really amazing looking for other alternatives when we could not sort grandson out .Thanks also to sue ( manager ) v. Helpful with internet problems ??

Went in today to buy our 1 year old her first pair of shoes and get her feet measured. She has a real shoe phobia and HATES wearing them at the mo, but the staff were really helpful and were not phased by her meltdown at all. Didn't find shoes we wanted, but staff still gave excellent service and helpful advice. Would still recommend.

Not a comment for the staff, they were pretty good. But the downstairs smells vile! Smells like mould and damp, like they've had a flood or something. Also massive lack of stock, I went to see new kids shoes but there was nothing to be seen.
