I have had a piercing almost one month ago. I insisted on having that piercing on upper ear but she said she can't. I showed some photos to specify the correct place of the piercing and she said the point she marked is the correct point I want but it is not. I suggest you not to choose that shop to have piercing. My friend bought earrings some day and she is not happy with them and couldn't use them.

incredibly understaffed, Me and a large queue of people were waiting over ten minutes at the checkout in a store that was completely empty of staff, the whole lot could have walked out without paying if they wanted

Super unfriendly stuffs, I tried to talk to them and ask them something, they looked at me and than turned back into chatting with each other. Store was a total mess. They really don?t seem to look for customers.

Our daughter's favourite shop. It is very overpriced, so we just go there occasionally for a birthday treat for example. Loads of staff, girls love it!

Had an ear lobe piercing, the back was put on too tight and a few days later when the lobe swole, the stud embedded into the lobe. Had to go to hospital to have it removed

Entered but didn't buy anything. Staff friendly and informed us at the door about the offers on today. Quite a packed store in terms of stock which made it a little difficult to navigate for a customer I saw who was in a wheelchair.
