Staff is more than often quite helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable of their stock and if not, they will find an answer for your query. Stock is actually quite good for such a small shop, from new-ish releases to retro and computing.

Great staff and fantastic customer service with a solid warranty that is actually honoured.
Everyone here really knows their tech and goes the extra mile to help. I had an issue with an online order (which is technically a separate part of the business), but the team at CEX Bath sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Special shoutout to Ru who was brilliant throughout?super helpful and professional.

This time, CEX did a great job helping me resolve my issue. The staff was helpful and professional, ensuring I received a working console with all the necessary accessories. I really appreciate their efforts in making things right.
While no business is perfect, I believe that sometimes, products should be thoroughly checked before being sold to customers. It would help prevent the need for exchanges, saving everyone time and effort.
I also felt a little unwelcome this time, and I wonder if it was due to the previous review I left. I hope my feedback was taken in the right spirit, as my goal is only to offer advice for improvement. Customers are paying for their items, so ensuring things are handled smoothly and fairly benefits both the business and customers.
I?d also like to thank some of the staff members who were particularly helpful and kind during my last visit. Your efforts are much appreciated.
Overall, I?m happy with how the situation was handled, and I?m confident CEX will continue to improve and provide great service. Thank you, CEX!

I got an item valued,thought the offer was fair , but I forgot to take the charger, went home got the charger, went back , to the shop , they said because the charger was us fitment , they would need an adaptor I went down the road got an adaptor, this process took over an hour then when I went back they lowered the value by 25% I could

Always check as the stock changes regularly, double check Vs online competitors and they're usually good on price.
Shout out to Ethan who was an absolute star whilst juggling a shop full of customers and finding exactly what I needed.
