I used to love this place but I think it?s lost a bit of the charm it used to have. Food is great (new menu is super fresh and interesting) and the staff are nice - but it does just feel like another cafe. A place to eat and go, rather than to stay and enjoy.

I love Cascara! It?s one of my favourite places in Bath. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely delicious and there are some creative and unusual option with seasonal ingredients. As well as super yummy cakes and coffee too.
Dietary restrictions: This a a fully vegan cafe. Everything is plant based. There are also lots of gluten free and nut free options

I love coming to Cascara, it always feels so homely and welcoming when I come in. The staff are so friendly and smiley that it always makes my day going in there. The environment as a homely, earthy warm feel to it, which makes a great place to drink, eat and for me study! The food is absolutely delicious as well as the drinks selection! They recently came out with a new food menu and will now be working my way through it! As someone who isn?t vegan but enjoys all food this will be a place I will come back to time and time again. Highly recommend

Incredible food here. Every dish is made with love and care and is so tasty and warming. The breakfast burrito, the chickpea melt and the TLT are all highly recommended!

The atmosphere and service were exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, genuine smile and felt a true sense of care for customers and their needs. I highly recommend this place!

Wow! This place has had a re-vamp both in its decor and the menu. It feels much lighter and brighter inside and no dusty light bulbs to be seen! The menu is now more interesting and I could not decide what to eat - there were so many things that whetted the appetite. In the end we chose the risotto - with beautifully cooked vegetables- al dente rather than the usual soggy mush - and the burrito - well-balanced flavours and a generous portion. I also had the chocolate-orange cake - wonderful. The staff were lovely and both friendly and welcoming. Will definitely revisit.

Coffee was incredibly weak, cappuccino tasted like it was just hot milk. Place was dirty, light bulbs were greasy and dusty. Skirting boards and walls also filthy. Staff were discussing what their least favourite coffees were to make within earshot.. which happened to be a cappuccino and flat white (both of which we ordered!!)
Not as it once was I?m afraid.
