At their showroom, Nicky was very helpful showing us the options and talking through how things work, she then arranged all the quotes and was happy to requote when we changed plans. Craig did a site visit and talked us through what we needed, and what we didn't need after all, which I found to be very honest, especially as it saved us money (he didn't need to do that). On the fitting day, the team of three chaps were very polite, respectful and helpful and worked swiftly as a team (a well oiled machine) to get the job done well and quickly, cleaning up and tidying before they were done. I used them for carpet and flooring in a rental property, but I will be back when we need some flooring in our own home. The service and engagement from an independent provider is far better than my past experience with a national chain of carpet providers. 5 stars.”

They cleared all the mess that was made and took up my old vinyl and took everything away I would recommend K&M carpets and have used them before and would use them again.”
