Got ignored by the staff.
I stood at the bar waiting to order for 1-2 minutes this morning, whilst the male weekend staff was casually scrolling on his phone, facing me from behind the bar. Didn't acknowledge me as I waited in front of him, so I eventually just walked out.
Will start going elsewhere.

Incredibly rude, offensive staff. Threw together a very expensive cup of iced milk with green matcha flavouring. Hideous.

Fairly loyal to Nero out of the major chains (at least for the stamps) but in Bath they're all as grim as the inner London ones. Above all the staff are overly-casual and loud and sweary right out there in earshot of customers in that vaping, vacuous, you're-oppressing-me-if-you-expect-more Generation Z sort of way. No way I ever would've dared be so brazen when I was 20 and working in coffee shops back in olden times (the early 2010s...). Who knows - they may respond if said via the medium of TikTok dance.

Really grimy. Needs a good wipe down and clean. The outside seating area and toilets were particularly bad. 75% of the time we were there the staff stood chatting behind the counter seemingly unaware of the grime around them!

Extremely rude staff, talking openly complaining about customes. The nero down the road are far friendlier and more professional. Oh and they got one of the drinks wrong, missing half the ingredients

Very disappointed with the experience at this branch. I arrived at 3.30pm on a Sunday afternoon after an afternoon?s site seeing, hoping for a sit down and a nice cup of coffee in a proper cup and saucer. Unfortunately, the staff served my coffee in a paper cup without informing me first. I explained that I didn?t want coffee in a paper cup, yet despite there being numerous ceramic cups available, I was told that they were not serving with ceramic cups and admitted to me that it was because they were closing in half an hour and didn?t want any more washing up. The staff were two young girls obviously desperate to see the customer leave so they could close up (they close at 4 on Sundays) on time. Not at all a welcome atmosphere, I felt like an inconvenience to them and will not be returning to this branch.

my favourite spot in town! perfect environment to sit and study or catch up with friends. the staff are always so lovely and welcoming and make the best coffee! in a student heavy city it?s so great to see a team full of young intelligent individuals who genuinely care for eachother and the job and have fun!

Excellent coffee and a wonderful in store atmosphere - staff were happy to chat and offered a range of dairy alternatives as I?m lactose intolerant.

The staff were too busy talking to each other, one wearing headphones talking dso loudly we were all involved in her conversation. The crossword solving whilst customers queued was an interesting scenario! The toilets were pretty disgusting too. Not a great experience.

3 staff members preoccupied with talking to their mate all the time we've been there. Order made incomplete. Staff eating food while prepping order. Had to wait until they finished talking to ask a question. Slightly rude and obnoxious

Such a friendly workers especially Sydney who made our day trip great. Definitely deserves a pay rise for the service.
