Went here at 4.30 on a Saturday afternoon to buy incontinence wet wipes for my elderly mother. Three staff didn't have a clue where to find them. Eventually found them myself. Bought five packs (Staydry, which turned out to be rubbish anyway) then waited for five minutes in a long queue with only one till point open, despite numerous other staff wandering around filling up paper bag points and drinking from water bottles. Couple of security guards as well, what a farce!

The pharmacy is always busy, service is slow and customers are clearly a nuisance. I shall go elsewhere in future.

Atrocious. Kept waiting 30 minutes for desperately needed prescription for an unwell child. Staff chose to serve everyone else rather than dispensing prescription.

World class level of rude.
Please note: insulin is required to keep me alive.
Because Boots are busy, the Pharmacist does not have the right to not do their job.
The pharmacist forgot to add my insulin to the bag. I told her it was missing. She told me it wasn't on the prescription and walked away from me to serve someone else (acting like I wasn't there).
I had to interrupt the next customer and ask the Pharmacist to check.
The Pharmacist looked at the customer as though I were being difficult.
The Pharmacist then found my prescription with the required (to stay alive) item on it.
If this happened to an old person, as I have to presume it does frequently, that person if far more likely to walk away without the medication.
These are not sweets. We require the pharmacist to be professional and pay attention when in the trusted position of distributing medicine.
Being busy is not an excuse.

What helpful and friendly staff on two occasions today . My daughter wanted a specific new product. She was told it was in the building but they had not displayed it as yet. They went to find the product (several boxes) and proceeded for sort through every colour for her . They then colour matched her. She was delighted to come away with two products she wanted (one lady in the morning helped and one in the afternoon Chloe) amazing service thank you they went the extra mile.

Useless pharmacist- so rude, as if she?s never worked a day in her life- leaving me waiting for over an hour even though I called up two hours in advance and they said it was ready- left me waiting barely

Rude and unprofessional customer service , the Indian woman didn't sell me the product I wanted even though I used it many times before I just left and got it from somewhere else. Never go there again , shame
