Came back just to say thank you to Angela at Dior, who helped us last week ? she was truly wonderful. So attentive, patient, and made us feel really looked after. The whole experience felt effortless and special. Really grateful for the care ? it deserved to be acknowledged.

EMPLOY MORE STAFF!!! Waiting for 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon, just to get some travel sickness pills that are hidden behind glass.
After about 10 minutes, a staff member said she would get someone - nobody came.
After another 10 minutes. a different staff member told the queue to move to the pharmacy queue. A gigantic waste of time!

Last week I spent approximately £150 downstairs and had the delightful, very patient and hardworking Sierra help me. Where were all the other members of staff? Several were nattering in corners. The lady queuing behind me said ahe was also going to give her a glowing review. I hope she did
My 3 ? is 5 for her, zero for the store. What a time consuming service where each drawer has to be unlocked wirh a different key and stock needs to be lookef at individually to sort the right type of product, before getting to the colour. Thank you Sierra

As a visitor from overseas I went into this store and encountered two of the rudest employees.
The lift wasn?t working I had my grandchild in a pram and needed the pharmacy section.
The lift wasn?t working which is absolutely no problem but you needed the assistance of staff to use the staff/Delivery lifts.
Talk about putting one sales girl out my goodness what a sour young woman!
Forgive me for needing to exit your store after spending money in it!
When purchasing my products I asked if I could have a plastic bag and the man said we don?t have them.
Which is fine even a good thing but I needed something and he offered me absolutely nothing!
When I bent down to attend my Grandson there were paper bags with Boots written across them right where he served me.
Pick up your game or get a job you actually enjoy as your giving the company you work for a bad reputation.
Thankfully there was a gorgeous lady working there to make up for all the glum miserable others !
It didn?t make a good impression to start my day off in a tourist city like Bath I can tell you that much.

My name is Simon
I went into Boot Southgate on Monday 6th January to find the best product to get rid of my "Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra developing skin condition.
I was met by a lovely "Liz Earle" Contact Manager called Charlotte, who was extremely helpful in understanding what was best for my skin problem.
In addition, she informed me in great deal on the right long term strategy when it comes products and knowledge.
I gained a product from her specific company "Liz Earle" & my skin is already feeling smoother and the skin issue is clearing up.
She made the experience as a whole, really relaxing & informative.

On 14th November 2024 I bought Prada perfume for £77 in your shop. Payment passed. But the seller mistakenly sold me the wrong product. I wanted to exchange for the right product. A failure occurred in the computer program. I was offered to make another purchase, paying £77 already for the necessary product. And for the previous purchase, the store promised to return the money. A month has passed, and the money on the card has not been returned.

Had an appointment for a COVID vaccine, ended up waiting an hour and a half because they had 'double booked'. Would be a 1 star review for that but a wonderful lady called Chelsea at the pharmacy counter moved heaven and earth to get me seen once I told her how long I'd been waiting, and gave me a voucher and a discount on the vaccine for my troubles. Leaving this review less to complain and more in the hopes that someone higher up the chain at Boots gives her some credit and recognition for her kindness to customers. And to Chelsea if you see this, your compassion and helpfulness made an awful day a little better, so thank you!

RE: Charlie at the Estee Lauder counter.
Went in to buy the dual stay foundation for the first time and wanted to get it matched to my skin. Charlie came over and was so unbelievably kind and helpful. It was a hot day and unfortunately I get quite oily skin, Charlie made me feel so comfortable that I didn't mind having my face touched which usually would make me very uncomfortable. She's great at her job and knows what she's talking about, but the best thing for me was her personality and you can't teach that!

Attended recently for a travel appointment (vaccinations). The pharmacy staff were incredibly helpful throughout. Unfortunately, their regular travel pharmacist was unexpectedly unable to attend, but they arranged a backup very quickly. Thank you for the great service from the pharmacy team at Newark St, Bath.
