Came back just to say thank you to Angela at Dior, who helped us last week — she was truly wonderful. So attentive, patient, and made us feel really looked after. The whole experience felt effortless and special. Really grateful for the care — it deserved to be acknowledged.

EMPLOY MORE STAFF!!! Waiting for 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon, just to get some travel sickness pills that are hidden behind glass. Last week I spent approximately £150 downstairs and had the delightful, very patient and hardworking Sierra help me. Where were all the other members of staff? Several were nattering in corners.
