Had a lovely bday brunch on Saturday. The staff were all excellent very attentive and polite. The food was delicious yet could have done with being just a little bit warmer and the mushrooms didn't taste quite right ? Yet apart from that delicious. Maybe the music could have been lowered a little for volume . Overall a very nice brunch and excellent customer service considering how busy it was !! Bath rugby was on !
Vegetarian options: Had the garden plate brunch was very nice highly recommend.

Amazing place - super friendly staff and the food was great. Pumpkin pie was out of this world. Recommend booking ahead of visiting to avoid queues.

Had dinner for 2. Staff was attentive and chose table which fits our needs. To start with, there?s an all day 2 cocktail for £12. Food came piping hot as they heat up the serving plate. That also means you have to be careful and not get scalded. Ordered the truffle chicken, sea bass and Dinner is ready prawn cocktail. All tastes good.

Very disappointing customer service. Waiter (or manager because of a different coloured shirt) doesn?t have a friendly approach and looked like he didn?t want to take our order. Tap water took ages to come. One order that came was wrong even though we made it clear with the waiter a few times. Didn?t even apologies for the mistake. Plus after all that, we clearly see them checking on every other customers except for us. They will not care if you are not local. Wouldn?t recommend for tourists.

Restaurant was busy on a Saturday lunchtime. Luckily we?d booked. Food didn?t take too long to arrive but one of the kids meals was missing fries. Food was decent but lacked depth of flavour.

We visited Bill's twice on a recent trip to Bath, once for dinner and once for lunch.
On both occasions the service was excellent and the food delicious.

We had a delicious, healthy plant-based lunch here in September 2024 with Korean cauliflower appetizer, hippy bowl, and hummus. Server (Daisy) was lovely. Quite busy.

The service was terrible. Last summer, we had a group, and when it came time to split the bill, the tall waitress didn?t even bother to do the math herself?she just asked us to figure it out. When we took a little time to sort out how much each couple owed, she rolled her eyes at us.
Super rude. We never went back, and I?d tell others to avoid this place too. The waitress couldn?t do basic math and had zero manners.
