We got good advice \\u0026 help in choosing a bed. Showroom well laid out with good choice. Delivery in a reasonable time frame, now awaiting the beds arrival.\\n06-08-23 update, bed now delivered. You can track van location via app \\u0026 driver called as promised when 30 minutes away. Driver \\u0026 mate both friendly \\u0026 helpful. Overall a very good experience, well done Bensons.

Nice staff not pushy like the ones two door up. I found a mattresses I liked but didn?t place the order in time and missed the sale. Silent night makes a lot of exclusive mattresses for bed sons some really nice ones at pretty much the best prices. Il wait until the next quarter sale and hopefully nab one

The guys at the Showroom are great, but it's taken us 15 months to get the bed we ordered and has been a very long and painful process.

Visited with a friend who was looking to buy a mattress. The sales assistant was more than helpful and spent a long time talking us through the options. And, how we could test each one as my friend thought she would need a hard mattress. But it turned out that a medium firm was the best one for comfort. Will be going back to purchase

The people in the shop were helpful but the delivery wasn't. I was promised a two hour delivery window, but they didn't give me one, then the delivery men refused to take the bed parts (which came in three heavy, separate boxes) up the stairs to the bedroom.

Don't be fooled by the shop and very nice sales people. The aftercare is shocking! Firstly not all the bed arrived, then the wrong size arrived and they missed delivery dates with absolutely no apology. The customer services team takes hours to answer the phone, their attitude was disgusting. When we did finally get our bed, months after, I was gobsmacked to find it was second hand! Whether it had come from a showroom or was someone elses return I am unsure, but it was damaged and wrapped in american diaper (nappy) wrapping!The quality of the bed was generally poor so we decided to return it. They then didn't amend our credit agreement straight away, we had to chase this. They did offer us a store voucher of £200 to keep the bed, but I would never ever shop at bensons for beds so what use would this be!? They said this was the only thing they are authorised to give.I have reported to watchdog as it appears lots of people have had a similar experience, we wish we had read the reviews before we purchased.Stay away at all costs until significant improvements have been made.

When I ordered my wardrobe almost 3 months ago I was happy with the services and the gentleman who served us - very attentive and respectful. However, that's where the positive feedback ends. I was scheduled to have my wardrobes fitted today. The fitters arrived to find that the suppliers hadn't included the correct-sized backboards, so they left all the wardrobes in boxes at my home and said they would return in 4-6 weeks. After dealing with Benson's for Beds and the fitters (PB HDI) for over 3 hours on the telephone I am incredibly disappointed. The best they could do was say that I will have to wait the 4-6 weeks (even though it's their fault) and gave me £50. If I knew I was dealing with such an incompetent company that doesn't believe in customer service, I would have gone with a different supplier. I would think very carefully before buying anything from this company. PS, I would also avoid PB HDI logistics too, I called the company 20 times and left 15 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks in order to attempt a different deliver date for the wardrobe, they didn't respond.

Bensons have delivered broken items, incorrect items, and failed to turn up several times. I've been waiting 3 months for a bed now. Over an hour to get through to customer services each time. Absolutely the worst service I've ever known from any retailer. Avoid at all costs!

Your delivery team arrived 3 hours late with no notice and with only 1 mattress instead of 2 mattresses. The delivery men (Lorry 052) said he had just spoke with HQ and the additional mattress would be delivered the following day. What a pack of lies! I then received an email 5 days later from Bensons saying "thank you for letting us know that you changed the date of delivery for your second mattress". Again, another load of lies! I didn't change the date? I expect writing the problem in this manner keeps your false service levels statistically higher than they should be. It was extremely disappointing that I emailed your company explaining the situation and expressing my frustration and got absolutely no reply. The communication has been conveniently non-existent. I have bought many beds from Bensons over the years however, with 3 more beds to buy, I don't think I will be using your company again. This was an absolute disgrace!

I bought a mattress in December 2021 which was delivered to me in January 2022; I noticed the next day that there was a hole, probably a factory defect. I asked for a replacement and as of July 2022 still nothing! We had a delivery in May but they called me to cancel it, and still no one has bothered to fix this!Bad customer service they only respond after 3/4 weeks! I will not buy from you anymore! And I also advise you all not to buy!

We ordered a bed frame and mattress in March. We were not told there were any delays or that they were popular items. The bed frame was delivered on time but the poor delivery guy had to apologise there was no mattress on board. We had to wait 2 hours for customers service to open at 9am to even complain. Two further delivery dates for the mattress were given and neither time it turned up. We received no apology or information on the day that it wouldn't be coming. The second delivery date we had actually made the bed frame up as our autistic child had been sleeping on his old single mattress on the floor (we'd ordered a small double bed) having sold the previous bed. That evening when the mattress still wasn't there, we had to drive to Argos 30 minutes away to pick up a mattress to fit it. In total, I've had two days off work, spent over 6 hours on hold, had to pay fuel to drive to get a new mattress and had to drive back to the Brislington store to get a refund for the mattress because customers service cant do it on the phone as it was still flipping pending! My personal costs for this has cost more than the mattress and bed frame to begin with. I will never order anything from Bensons again. The customers service is atrocious.

Ordered a bed and paid it full! Delivery date wasn?t followed! 11 weeks on the receipt and tried to follow-up! One staff called me and said it has just been 12 weeks and it wasn?t delayed. Called the customer service and told me to wait for another month! They dont even follow-up with their customers! If you want to cancel the order since it is long over due - they will take 20% of the cost even it?s not your fault! Will never buy to this place again and will never refer to all my friends! The staff who I spoke was never helpful at all and he has his closing spiels of ?Is there anything else I can help you with?? Shame!

Great service at Bensons Beds at Brislington, Bristol.Staff on point, friendly & welcoming.Found & bought what we were looking for, given sound advice by the knowledgeable staff.Would recommend.
