This is a review for Spencer.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Spencer on two occasions when needing a mattress.
Both times Spencer was very informative and not pushy. After giving Spencer what type of mattress I needed he showed me all the ones that fit the bill and information about them.
He?s a true asset to bensons for beds in Brislington

Chloe was brilliant! Helped us decide what we were looking for in a mattress, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and wasn?t pushy at all - I loved how it all felt like a proper conversation instead of just being sold to. She was so patient while we tried out so many mattresses and with any questions. We had a really great experience here after having a not so great one at Dreams, and ended up purchasing a mattress from Bensons

On entering the store Kally welcomed us, asked if she could be of any help and talked us through the available combinations of mattresses, bases and headboards and then left us to look around at our leisure. Once we decided what we wanted our order was placed very efficiently and double checked to ensure all was as we wanted it to be. A delivery date was agreed and we left the store very satisfied. Well Done Kally.

The service I received was excellent however I was disappointed that my bed wasn't going to be assembled I am an elderly person with mobility which is upsetting to find I had to source an outside operative to download this which involves further costs it's really disappointing and stressful perhaps Bensons need to re look at their services

The whole service has been great. Really good communication throughout. Sales staff in the shop ((Bristol Bridlington) were great especially Chloe who dealt with us. Very friendly helpful and supportive of our needs.
