Edited from Owners response: My wedding trousers prior to giving them to you didn't have a moth hole. They had a hole when I got them back from your business. I appreciate the report you paid for but the fact is, the report doesn't fix the issue that they didn't have a hole prior to giving them to you, and now they do. No solution was provided for this issue that was ultimately caused by your business. One of your Managers did keep me informed the whole time but the multiple calls I was told I would receive from the Owner never happened. I tried to discuss this with the owner eventually over email after 3 months of this ongoing issue, but this was met with anything but a solution. If you're a business like this you should own up to your mistakes when you've made them. I now have an expensive and one time purchase wedding suit that's now ruined.

Dry cleaned a suit jacket and an overcoat. Service was great and was done in two days. It's £13.90 for the jacket and £16.85 for the overcoat as of April 2023.Service: Organic dry cleaning

This is far and away the best dry cleaners I?ve ever used! Everybody that works there is delightful and they go above and beyond what you?d expect. They took enormous care cleaning a precious coat (that had suffered a seagull ?attack?!), with fabulous results. And when another item wasn?t ready on time, they delivered it to my home without charge. After purchasing a super expensive jumper, I was utterly heartbroken to find it on the floor with mysterious stains?no idea where they came from?and really wanted to bring it on a long trip home with me back to the US to visit family. I wasn't able to throw it in the washing machine and handwashing didn't get them out. I assumed I had thrown a couple hundred quid out the door.I went to Barkers of Bath hoping something could be done but wasn't expecting much with these stains. I needed the jumper done in a couple of days and for a super small fee they said they could do an express job. They took my jumper with a smile and promised it would be ready by then.I returned and received my jumper in perfect condition with the stains COMPLETELY gone. They were incredibly friendly, saved my jumper, and no doubt will be getting my service again. Thank you Barkers!

Above and beyond service - the only place in town that would re-die a damaged leather jacket.Cheaper than the competitors and even once offered me a ride home with all of my dry cleaning.A very kind team - thank you.

Barkers of Bath have been fantastic! We took all of the regency costumes from our exhibition to them to be dry cleaned and ironed last week and they all look as good as new. Very friendly staff , excellent service used them recently to get my husbands suits & shirts ready to go back to work and was able to collect them all a couple of days later . Definitely will be returning & highly recommend.

Excellent service Been using Barkers of Bath for all my dry cleaning & laundry for a few years now , and most recently been using their van service as having to shield through the lockdown, excellent service. Friendly staff and very helpful indeed , highly recommend.

I would not rate this business at all. My sheets/duvet cover came back with stains still on them, and not pressed to a professional level. I ended up washing them myself and with a scoop of vanish the stains have been removed. I did raise my concerns with the shop assistant who informed me 'the sheets are put through a domestic washing machine, and ironed with a new iron that apparently isn't that great', I wish I'd known that before parting with £30. Just for future reference, this is not an industrial dry cleaners.
