Rubbish service. We had 2 old iPads that the Apple website instructed to take to out nearest Apple Store to be responsibly and safely recycled. The shop refused to do it, saying ?Apple are fussy about what they take back these days?. We decided to erase them both and just chuck them in the bin. Apple are not the ethical company they used to be.

Recently had need of the Genius Bar to solve a complex issue with an iPhone that I sold online. Laurie and Jacob were really helpful in investigating the issue and solving the problem. They could easily have done the minimum instead they went that little extra and their help is greatly appreciated. John

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Joe at the Apple Store, and I must say his customer service was truly exceptional. From the moment I approached him, Joe exhibited a friendly and approachable demeanor, making me feel valued and at ease.
Joe's product knowledge was outstanding. He carefully listened to my needs and provided clear, concise explanations of the available options, ensuring I had all the information to make an informed decision. He demonstrated remarkable patience, answering all my questions without any rush and addressing even the smallest concerns.

Overall, it was a good Apple Store experience. The store layout made it easy to view and explore all the models I was interested in, and the purchase process for an iPhone was smooth?quick and hassle-free. However, the post-purchase experience felt a bit unusual compared to other Apple Stores I?ve visited in different countries. Staff didn?t offer to assist with unboxing or setting up the product, nor did they check if I needed help in case the device didn?t work as expected. This lack of proactive support after purchase stood out as a slight downside to an otherwise straightforward visit.

My husband and I visited today to upgrade our phones. We were assisted by Joe - such a lovely person - super friendly, patient and helpful. Jo also arranged for our daughter to demo the new VR headset whilst we were busy setting up our new phones.

Takes 10 minutes of speaking to robots and call centers to finally be connected with the actual store phone. I was then told I should just replace my first gen AirPod pro tips with the 2nd generation tips even though it says on your own website the tips should absolutely not be used interchangeably as the mesh is specifically designed and it will worsen the audio. Staff should know how to advise on this fairly basic issue, or change documentation on the Apple website if it is incorrect. I ended up getting 1st gen replacements order through apple?s text helpline, much more helpful

Terribly slow service. Knew exactly what I wanted but there wasn?t a staff member willing to help. After being booked in for an appointment (which I didn?t need - how difficult is it just to ring me up the item I want), I waited over 20 minutes by which time I walked off and left. The number of staff hanging around just having a chat amongst themselves was insane. Very poor service from Apple which is unacceptable given the prices
