Rubbish service. We had 2 old iPads that the Apple website instructed to take to out nearest Apple Store to be responsibly and safely recycled. Recently had need of the Genius Bar to solve a complex issue with an iPhone that I sold online. Laurie and Jacob were really helpful in investigating the issue and solving the problem. They could easily have done the minimum instead they went that little extra and their help is greatly appreciated. John
