I'm conflicted about how I feel. On one hand, I really like my nails. On the other hand, this place is very unhygienic.While doing my cuticles, she nicked my skin with the tools. There was quite a bit of blood. She didn't clean or sanitize the tools at all - she just put them back in their pouch, ready to be used on someone...
