Hello! I just wanted to say that I had such a lovely experience in your Bath store today (08/05/2024). Unfortunately I didn't catch the names of the ladies that helped me (I came in around 1:30pm) but they were so patient and kind with me. They talked me through the waterproof options of earrings and helped me pick out the best option, offering personal experiences with the products to aid my decision. I thought that it should be acknowledged how excellent they were! Thank you :)

Most of the time I really enjoy the products of this store and have got my ears pierced here twice but today I had a horrible experience me and my friend's went in today and were browsing then this staff member asked if I we needed help which was fine but then proceeded to watch us and ask if we new where this missing ring had gone she then asked to see are pockets we emptied are pockets which wasted a lot of time and made us feel very uncomfortable and then didn't she even apologise for this inconvenience which I find extremely rude as we are paying costumers and I come in here often this is not ok and I am very disappointed.

Katie Moon pierced my daughter's ears - she was not only professional but kind and friendly, putting my teenager completely at ease. A week later the piercings are in wonderful condition, well on the way to healing and look beautiful. Thank you Katie - we will recommend you to everyone looking for piercings!
