Stopped for a bite to eat and then had a nap in the motor , got billed £100 for staying just over 2 hours .Safety is important and if you are tired you should have a nap, I think it is incredibly irresponsible to be charged £100 for being a safe driver. BE WARNED do not use these services . I will never return to them.

I regularly travel to the SW to visit family and friends and love to stop at these services... I did my usual stop off last week en route and have to say the staff went above and beyond, particularly Christine!! Many thanks

Order at McDonald's. Chips were too cold. Service was shocking, no hairnets or hats were worn by the manager; stupid considering it's a fast FOOD restaurant were you're meant to comply with health and safety food regulations so your greesy hair doesn't fall into the food. Tables were a state. Would never go back!! DO NOT RECOMMEND, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Visited here today with family. The baby changing room was out of use and all baby food/ bottle heating appliances had been unplugged or had cables that were too short to fit a socket Since when have dogs been allowed in food eateries. Place was teeming with them, barking and bouncing, hardly assistance dogs Tables were unclean and unwiped. No support staff in site. Filthy, unwelcoming facilities. Avoid if you can

We stopped for a coffee and a bite to eat ,the toilets were clean.The fast food outlets were not too busy with a good selection to choose from what else can I say about motorway service.

Shocking service!!!! The inability to not put cheese on a order with No cheese on the box, on the bag and the reciept! Guess what it arrived with double cheese - and the best bit, same happened last visit too.
