What a lovely pub with character and charm. Friendly and rustic.
What a proper pub should be!!
Highly recommend as its just a little gem in beautiful countryside.
Staff are lovely and nice, locals welcoming and great if your passing through.
Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

I stopped here for an early afternoon pint with local friends.
This pub is tucked away deep on the countryside about 2 miles from Glastonbury.
The outside seating is plentiful and there is a huge field at the rear used for dogs and kids to play in.
This pub also responsibly offers free overnight stays if you drink in the pub to prevent being tempted to drink and then drive.
Top marks.
Inside, the pub is a traditional country pub and offers a good range of beers, ciders and ales along with the usual spirits and soft drinks.
They do offer food, but we didn't eat on this visit.
Overall, a great place to stop.

This is a traditional, friendly pub. It was great to visit somewhere that has not been changed into a restaurant or bistro pub. We were also allowed to park our motorhome overnight in the field at the back. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and opportunity to sit and have drink in the beer garden. They don't do food. The pub is also next to a nature reserve, so in the morning we took a circular walk around the lakes and water channels viewing the birds and insects.

Used for a motorhome stopover. Lovely friendly rustic pub. Good selection of drinks at sensible prices, unfortunately don't do food, but you can't have everything!

An lovely traditional pub, no dining just a good selection of beers and ciders served with a pleasant smile, one of those places where everyone knows everyone.
We stayed overnight in the carpark so we could visit the RSPB Ham Hill reserve in the morning, we were given a key so we could access the toilets and showers out of hours, have to be honest we will be back, loved it. ?

Its an old fashioned west country pub, no airs and graces, plenty of friendly locals and dogs. Good beer and Cider and a log fire, splendid!

The pub doesn't really serve food apart from a few rolls hence 1 star as i had to fill it in. A hidden gem with well kept beer.

A traditional English country pub. A good selection of ciders, beer and lager at keen prices. Filled rolls available from behind the bar and they have food trucks on site on certain evenings providing typical fare; fish and chips, pizzas etc. Plenty of events going on including live music. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.
