Sold me a pair of seats for my Audi. One was broken and bent, obviously from a crash the previous car had been in. Torque motors just kept saying they would find a replacement seat, then never did anything to make it right. They stopped responding to emails, never offered a refund, and are dishonest sellers.

Ordered a part, but what i ordered is out of stock, their staff told me a part that with different number is useable. After part received, it can't even install. So we agreed refund and return. Tracking code provided and it is stated delivered by Singapore Post office, but they refused refund and pretending didnt receive part.
