Turned up at 9am for my appointment to be met by a very moody mechanic with a very poor attitude. Couldn?t give me a price estimate on a simple job even though it could only be one of two things. Also couldn?t give me an estimated time for completion. Upon asking these simple questions I was met with the worst customer service I?ve ever encountered.I will not ever be returning to BCS Auto Repairs as there are more polite and capable mechanics locally where customer service matters to them!If I could have left ?0? star rating I would have done!
