I always use this post office, living in Whitchurch, and there is nothing too much trouble. Elaine and her staff are always polite, helpful, empathetic, and kind. I recently lost my mum, and Elaine was so kind and helpful in sorting out a complicated lot of paperwork for the solicitors. Great staff thank you

Slow, rude and every time I'm in there they either make a mistake or are busy dealing with a mistake they've made for another customer.Just get a self service machine and trained staff, this isn't a one off.

Absolutely awful, the queue is always out the door because the people behind the counters are terrible slow and look like they would rather be anywhere else! 3 days in a row I’ve tried to drop a parcel off that’s already got prepaid postage on and still can’t get close to the front of the queue in my lunch hour!
